The story
Beatriz lives in France but her first language is Spanish — the kind of multilingual European patient who falls through the cracks at clinics that only run in one language. Eyeglow assigned her a Spanish-speaking coordinator from the first message; a translator was present at every clinical conversation.
Her case was unusual: a combined treatment plan, vision surgery on the eyes together with blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) in the same trip. Two procedures, one accountable team, one care plan that was written and reviewed by the operating surgeon before she committed.
Asked at the end of the recording whether she would recommend Eyeglow to a friend, her answer — in Spanish, with a small smile — was 'volvería de nuevo.' I would come back again.
