"These are the guys to see."
The story
Andy came to Eyeglow with eight to ten years of progressive vision loss in his right eye — a long period where, in his own words, 'I could not see out of my right eye, no focus, whether it was up close or whether it was further away.' He had bilateral surgery the day before this interview was recorded.
The procedure itself, as Andy describes it, was 'extremely quick, painless.' What he remembers most clearly is the immediate change — 'when the procedure was finished, I could see out of my right eye' — and the morning after, the second eye catching up: 'a day later, their eyes are getting more clearer.'
But when asked what the experience was like beyond the operating room, his answer keeps coming back to the team. 'The support was very thorough, very comprehensive. Every step of the way, they were helping and guiding and supporting.' WhatsApp responsive throughout, transfers and hotel handled, the whole arc — what he calls 'very seamless.'
His closing line was the one we keep: 'If you're having eye problems like I was before, then these are the guys to see.'
