1. Who we are

"Eyeglow Health" ("we", "our", "us") is a registered international medical-travel agency operating from Istanbul, Türkiye, licensed under the Türkiye Ministry of Health International Health Tourism Authority Certificate and the TÜRSAB Travel Agency Licence. We coordinate medical travel between international patients and our accredited partner hospital network in Istanbul.

Surgical procedures themselves are performed by board-certified surgeons at our accredited partner facilities. Eyeglow Health is the patient-coordination agency, not the operating facility.

2. Scope of our services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Pre-travel medical consultation coordination with our partner surgeons;
• Written care plans, treatment quotations, and itemised cost breakdowns;
• Hotel accommodation, VIP airport transfers, and translator coordination;
• In-clinic appointment scheduling and post-operative aftercare coordination;
• Multilingual coordinator support before, during and after your treatment.

3. Information you provide

When you contact us, request a consultation or book a treatment, you provide personal information (your name, contact details, ocular or medical history). You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

4. Medical disclaimers

Information published on this website is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for personalised medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Specific candidacy for any procedure can only be confirmed after a clinical baseline assessment by one of our partner-network surgeons.

We do not promise or guarantee any specific clinical outcome. All medical procedures carry risks, which are discussed in writing and during your pre-operative consent process.

5. Pricing and quotes

Indicative prices on this website are starting-from figures and may change. A final, itemised written quote is issued only after your candidacy assessment. The written quote — not website pricing — is the binding cost reference for your treatment.

6. Payment and cancellation

Payment terms and cancellation conditions are stated in your written treatment agreement, issued after candidacy confirmation. Where a deposit is required, the agreement specifies non-refundable portions and the conditions under which refunds apply.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, video, logos, schemas — is the property of Eyeglow Health or its content licensors and is protected by Turkish and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, redistribute or republish content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eyeglow Health is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our liability for travel-coordination services is limited to the amounts paid by you for those services.

Medical liability for surgical procedures is governed by Turkish medical malpractice law and rests with the operating surgeon and partner facility, not with Eyeglow Health as the coordinating agency.

9. Complication insurance

Every surgical package includes a Türkiye Ministry of Health certified complication insurance policy. The scope, limits and exclusions of the policy are provided in writing before any payment is made. Travel insurance covering non-surgical events (flight cancellation, baggage, non-surgical medical emergencies abroad) is the patient's responsibility.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of our services or this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
