Alessandra
"Grazie di cuore al team."
(Heartfelt thanks to the team.)
The story
Alessandra came from Italy for trifocal intraocular lens (IOL) implantation — what in Italian she calls 'Lente Trifocali.' Her interview, recorded in Italian, is the kind of testimonial that doesn't need much editorial framing: she names the team members directly, by name, with the warmth of someone who knew them personally by the end.
She mentions Zeyna, the coordinator who guided her through the journey. She mentions Kazan, the translator. And she mentions Dr. Derda — the operating surgeon — directly: 'grazie di cuore' (heartfelt thanks).
Her summary of the experience, in translation: 'A first-class team. Everything taken care of, from the airport to the operation to the journey home. The result is what every patient hopes for — and the people around the result are what made it possible.'
